Our Approach To Warranty Cover
In the past, we worked with traditional third-party warranty providers. Over time, we found that the claims process did not always reflect the level of customer care and support we expect to provide.
Rather than relying on a system where customers may feel passed from one company to another, we now use A1 Approved, with warranty support administered in a more direct and practical way.
This allows us to stay involved, assess each case properly and deal with issues on their individual merits.
For us, communication is key. If a customer has a problem, we want to know about it straight away so we can help guide the next step.
3 Month Warranty Included With Every Vehicle
Every vehicle supplied by Invictus Porsche Specialist includes a 3 month warranty cover as standard.
This is designed to give customers reassurance when purchasing from us. It is a limited warranty and is not as comprehensive as an extended Gold level warranty, but it does provide important support after purchase.
If an issue occurs during the warranty period, the first step is simple: contact us immediately.
If the vehicle is safe and driveable, we will usually ask you to bring it back to us so we can inspect and diagnose the issue properly.
If the vehicle is not driveable, we will ask you to arrange recovery to us so we can assess the fault and advise on the correct repair.
Our first approach is always to diagnose the issue properly, confirm the appropriate part or repair required and deal with the matter fairly.
Claims Are Looked At On Their Merit
We understand that no two vehicles and no two warranty claims are exactly the same.
That is why we look at every claim on its own merit.
If a genuine fault occurs, our aim is to help resolve the issue as quickly and sensibly as possible. Where possible, we will diagnose the problem ourselves and arrange the appropriate repair.
If you are not local to us and would prefer the vehicle to be inspected by a garage closer to you, we may also be able to assist with a local repair, provided this is agreed with us first.
In those cases, the vehicle must be inspected by a VAT registered garage and the customer must liaise with us before any work is authorised or carried out.
Unauthorised repairs may not be covered, so communication with us from the beginning is essential.
Extended Warranty Options
For customers who would like additional peace of mind, extended warranty cover can be arranged through A1 Approved.
Cover levels are generally available in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum options, depending on the vehicle, age, mileage, value and eligibility.
For many customers, an extended warranty can provide added reassurance, especially when purchasing a Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren or other high-performance vehicle.
However, we do not believe in pressuring customers into buying warranty upgrades.
In the motor trade, there is often pressure from warranty providers for dealers to sell and upsell extended warranty products. That is not how we operate at Invictus Porsche Specialist.
If a customer wants extended cover, we will explain the options clearly. If they decide not to take it, that is entirely their choice.
Our role is to provide the information, not to push the product.
Gold Level Cover
For many Porsche and Ferrari vehicles, Gold level cover is usually the level we recommend where suitable, as it provides a more comprehensive level of protection compared with lower levels of cover.
Depending on the type of Porsche or Ferrari, Gold level cover can start from around £930 per year.
For McLaren models, cover can start from around £1,450 per year.
For German brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen, cover can start from around £450 per year, depending on the model and eligibility.
These figures are intended as a guide only. Warranty pricing can vary depending on the vehicle, model, engine, value, mileage, age and level of cover selected.

What Warranty Cover Can Help With
Warranty cover is designed to help protect against certain unexpected mechanical or electrical failures, depending on the level of cover selected.
The exact components covered will depend on whether the customer selects Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum cover.

What To Do If You Have A Warranty Issue
If you experience an issue with a vehicle purchased from Invictus Porsche Specialist, please contact us straight away.
The process is simple:
- Contact Invictus Porsche Specialist immediately
- Do not authorise repairs elsewhere without speaking to us first
- If the vehicle is driveable, arrange to bring it back to us
- If the vehicle is not driveable, arrange recovery to us where possible
- We will inspect and diagnose the issue
- We will advise on the correct repair or next step
- If a local repair is agreed, it must be carried out by a VAT registered garage
This process helps ensure the issue is diagnosed properly and dealt with fairly.
